Special Purpose
There are many different types of specialized facilities that require an above average attention to detail during construction: Disaster Recovery Facilities, Explosion-Proof Mail Rooms, IDF and IT Facilities, and "Clean Rooms". Finding a GC with the capability to create these environments is, at best, a daunting task. Masters Construction is one of the few full service GCs competent enough to develop any type of highly specialized environment. We are able to adhere to the strict regulatory guidelines necessary to bring these specialized facilities into existence for our clients. Special Purpose construction projects are not easy, and we face the specialized types of challenges they present head on.
