After completing 10 years with the US Government as a Master Planner and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), James seamlessly transitioned to the Commercial Construction Community as a Project Manager. Specializing in "GREEN" Development and Building Processes, James has extensive experience as an expert strategist, providing clients an efficient, effective approach methods to support multiple sustainable development projects. He is currently pursuing LEED AP Accreditation.

With over 22 years in Financial Accounting within the Commercial Real Estate sector, Jean manages Masters' Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable systems, performing detailed financial analysis of all Construction Estimates, Budgets, and Subcontractor disbursements, on each project. Prior to her career in Commercial Finance, Jean worked with the Contractor's Division of Paragon Group in Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate Project Development.

With over 17 years experience in the commercial construction sector as a Project Manager and Superintendent, Rick possesses the professional and technical knowledge needed to supervise projects of varying depth and intensity. Rick has participated in many high profile projects in the Tampa Bay Area and his extensive experience in Ground-Up Construction make him a strong addition to our Project Team.

With over eight years in the commercial glass and door industry, Shaun is able to effectively supervise projects of differing size and scope, while adhering to cost and scheduling guidelines. His professionalism and ability to communicate across various levels enable him to successfully bring projects to fruition.

Experienced in marketing and sales in Florida's residential and commercial Real Estate Markets since 2003, Tara focuses on establishing and maintaining long term client relationships through Project Development, Community Outreach, and Brand Awareness.
