Community Involvement

Our team members are encouraged to introduce social causes in which they would like to make an impact, through monetary contributions, fund raising, or direct participation, and the team works together to achieve those goals. At the core of our corporate philosophy is the principle that the success of an organization is directly related to its ability to “give back”.

Since we opened our doors, we’ve been fortunate to be able to make contributions, and actively participate, in many charity events to benefit the following organizations:

  • The Children’s Home of Tampa Bay
  • The Alliance for Lupus Research
  • Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Foundation
  • Pediatric Cancer Foundation
  • Support Our Troops
  • Barth Syndrome Foundation
  • Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
  • The Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay
  • Habitat for Humanity
  • American Legion Post 273
  • Crisis Center of Tampa Bay

We also feel it is important to represent our team’s families through the support of their local schools including:

  • King High School Marching Band
  • Chamberlain High School Volleyball and Football Teams
  • Independent Day School
  • Lake Magdalene Elementary

Masters Construction cares about the Tampa Bay as long term residents of the community. Several members of our team are Tampa natives, and many have children that will inherit what we all leave behind- the good and the not-so-good. By infusing Master’s cooperative team spirit throughout the community, it is our hope that what we leave behind will benefit the next generation and reflect positively on our organization’s culture.
